Nikhil came to venture capital through building. With an electronics engineering degree from JNTU and early years as a founder and operator, he developed a ground-level instinct for how businesses work and where they break. That experience shapes how he evaluates companies today.

At Sri Venture Partners, he built the firm’s investment infrastructure from deal sourcing, evaluation frameworks, and the processes that now support a portfolio exceeding USD 50 million. He works across the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence and stress testing to capital structure and post-investment growth.

Nikhil has led investments across industries like Food and Beverage, EV, Manufacturing bringing the same analytical rigor to each.
