Natarajan Ranganathan is a seasoned finance and venture capital leader with over three decades of experience across investment management, institutional governance, operational scaling, and strategic finance. He previously served in senior finance leadership roles, including as CFO across the Wipro group ecosystem for many years, bringing deep exposure to large scale corporate governance, financial systems, and institutional management. He later served
as Managing Director and CFO at Helion Ventures, where he was part of the core leadership team managing over USD 1 billion in assets while supporting several high growth technology ventures through their scale and institutionalization journeys. He also served as CFO and COO of the UC RNT Fund, an investment platform backed by Ratan Tata and the University of California.

He currently serves on the boards of several leading industries and companies in India, bringing strategic oversight, governance expertise, and institutional perspective to complex businesses and growth platforms. Beyond institutional leadership, he is also an active angel investor with a strong interest in backing innovation led ventures and emerging entrepreneurs.
